4. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose: participating in webinars, accessing educational materials, and engaging with the incident response and management content offered through the platform.

You agree to use the platform only in ways that comply with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its related systems
• Distribute, transmit, or upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over platform content. You may access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes as permitted by these terms.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or otherwise transmit any content through the platform — including questions, comments, or participation in interactive sessions — you grant Len Uskavor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain services or webinars on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Len Uskavor to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.

7.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. We encourage you to contact us at support@lenuskavor.com with any concerns regarding a transaction.

7.3 Pricing Changes

Len Uskavor reserves the right to modify pricing for its services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the modification.

Any disputes arising under these terms should first be submitted to Len Uskavor in writing at support@lenuskavor.com for good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
